Made for Islamic schools, not adapted from generic software

IlmFlow exists because madrasahs were being asked to choose between paper registers and school systems that had never heard of Sabak, Dhor or Juz 30.

Nearly every madrasah in the country runs the same way: a register in a book, fees in a spreadsheet, and parents in a WhatsApp group. It works, right up until it does not. A teacher leaves and a year of Hifz progress leaves with them. Nobody notices a child has quietly stopped coming. One volunteer ends up holding the whole thing together on their evenings.

The software that exists is mostly built for mainstream secular schools. It can track a maths grade but has no idea what Sabak Para is, no concept of Juz 30, and no way to record that a child passed their fourth dua. So madrasahs bend a generic tool to fit, or go back to the notebook.

IlmFlow started from the opposite end: the register, the Hifz log and the dua record first, then everything a madrasah needs around them. It is built in the UK, it handles UK payroll properly, and every madrasah’s data stays private to that madrasah.

I built IlmFlow because I kept seeing the same thing: a register in a book, fees in a spreadsheet, and one volunteer holding it all together on their evenings. Then a teacher leaves, and a year of Hifz progress leaves with them. Every part of it comes from how madrasahs actually work, and when you join, I set you up myself.

IlmFlow is a small operation, so you should ask what happens if I stop. Here is the answer. Your fee income goes into your own bank and never through us, so it is unaffected either way. You can export every record you hold, at any time, without asking me first. And if IlmFlow ever had to close, you would get at least 90 days’ notice with exports working throughout. I would rather say that now than have you find out later that I had never thought about it.

A few madrasahs are live on IlmFlow now and we are onboarding more. We are not naming them here, because that is their decision and not ours, and you will not find invented customer numbers or made-up reviews anywhere on this site.
